1. Eligibility for Submission:

• Healthcare professionals eligible for listing must identify as black or of African descent.
• All submissions must accurately reflect the qualifications, specialties, and services offered by the healthcare professional.

1. Accuracy and Compliance:

• The information provided in the submission must be true, complete, and current. It is the responsibility of the healthcare professional to ensure accuracy.
• Healthcare professionals must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards governing their practice.

1. Authorization and Consent:

• By submitting a profile, you grant BlackWell Atlanta the right to publicly display the information provided, including on our website and related marketing materials.
• You consent to the use of your profile information for purposes including, but not limited to, promotional and informational activities by BlackWell Atlanta.

1. Content Ownership and Rights:

• You retain ownership of the content and information you provide. However, you grant BlackWell Atlanta a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content as part of our services.
• BlackWell Atlanta reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that does not meet our standards or violates our policies.

1. User Responsibilities:

• Healthcare professionals must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and promptly update their profile information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• You are responsible for any activities conducted under your account.

1. Liability and Indemnification:

• BlackWell Atlanta is not liable for any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by healthcare professionals.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlackWell Atlanta, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your submission or use of our services.
