Dr. Tiffini Billingsly

Dr. Tiffini Billingsly, a native of Atlanta, GA, holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her pediatric training and residency at the Morehouse School of Medicine. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Exceeding The Mark, Inc., she leads a non-profit dedicated to tutoring, mentoring, and educational development for children. Dr. Billingsly’s mission is to work with families to foster healthy, ambitious children through integrated healthcare and educational programs.
